A potential first step for strengthening and/or developing and managing your strategy successfully is to assess your companies’ practices. You could call it your strategy management readiness! Often some small changes in your strategy management process and the competencies of the team can make a great difference. Please take the below survey for free. After finishing the survey, you will receive an email presenting your results and possible opportunities to enhance your Strategy Management practices. Please provide your personal information for us to contact you if you want to have a one-on-one call with us to discuss the report and/or if you would like to run the assessment with a larger group of your colleagues. We hope that the report that we are providing is helpful in establishing a preliminary diagnosis in terms of how your organization´s strategy management model stands VS best practices.
