Green Key Certificate: Preparation and Certification

Process:

1. Assessment and Diagnosis: Identification of risks and opportunities based on Green Key criteria.
2. Action Plan Development: Creation of strategies aimed at achieving certification.
3. Training: Formation of a committee and training of teams to ensure autonomy during implementation.
4. Path to Certification: Continuous monthly monitoring to ensure certification attainment.
5. Certification Seal: Requesting an audit from the responsible authority for issuing the certification.

Implementation of Green Key procedures is carried out collaboratively and co-created with the establishment, using the RethinkingWorks platform as a central repository for preparatory information, training resources, and the necessary final documentation for certification. The entire process can range from 4 weeks to 2 months, depending on the establishment’s availability and priority given to the certification.
