The Ministry of Labor in Panama and CAF (Development Bank of Latin America) launched targeted initiatives to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Panama's program focused on stabilizing service and industrial companies, while CAF’s initiative aimed at driving digital transformation across Latin America, equipping SMEs with essential funding, digital tools, and resources to enhance resilience and long-term viability. Together, these efforts are fostering sustainable growth and modernization for SMEs across the region.

The Challenge

Ministry of Labor - Panama - Leverage the recovery and development of small businesses that due to COVID and operational difficulties are in a critical situation of continuity. The focus is on service companies and industrial products.

The Solution

It provided a RTW prototype for small entrepreneurs best business models, products and services as well as support from specialists, education and follow-up programs focused on the industrial area, monitoring the impact from dashboards by company with an overall vision of developments to the industry and labour trade associations.
